PSYCH Performance WEBINAR
Hosted by Dr. Justin Ross and Coach Ben Davis - April 15th @5pm MST
You dedicate hours to training, striving to improve your endurance and increase your strength. You obsess over gear choices and take steps to have your equipment as dialed in as possible. You optimize nutrition and recovery. Yet, despite your dedication you may be neglecting one of the most important aspects of being an athlete: Your Mind.
Despite all your best efforts to prepare for the physical demands of your training and racing schedule, none of them are going to save you when:
You’re in the middle of a workout and give up on the next interval because you tell yourself it’s too hard. Worse - you begin doubting whether you have what it takes to be successful on race day.
For no particular rhyme or reason, anxiety intrudes your thoughts, and you begin questioning whether or not you even belong on the starting line.
Race day is 2 weeks away and taper madness has you wondering if you’ve adequately prepared or if you should cram in another set of intervals.
You’re in the middle of the race and mounting fatigue has you questioning whether or not your goals are even worth continuing or if you should just step off the course.
Coaches Ben Davis and Justin Ross are co-hosting the performance mindset webinar to provide sport and performance psychology best practices in your training and racing.

Injury Prevention Webinar
Hosted by Coach AJ Sobrilsky - April 21st @5pm
Dr. AJ Sobrilsky is a physical therapist, coach, and endurance athlete with over 12 years of experience helping athletes achieve their goals. He has worked with a wide range of athletes, from weekend warriors to Olympians and winners of ultramarathons like Leadville, Western States, and UTMB.
Throughout his career, AJ has experienced every side of endurance sports—training as an athlete himself, battling his own injuries, coaching others, helping athletes overcome injuries, and standing alongside them on race day as a crew member. These varied perspectives allow him to deeply connect with athletes and understand the challenges they face at every stage of their journey.
AJ’s goal is to help athletes understand their unique situation, no matter where they are on the injury-performance continuum, and to guide them toward becoming the best versions of themselves. He hopes this discussion will shed light on key concepts, principles, and actionable strategies to help athletes training for the upcoming race season show up at their start line healthy and confident.
