Designed for runners of all levels, this immersive training camp combines expert coaching, tailored workouts, and the perfect mix of education and community to help you level up your running game.

Enjoy hands-on sessions with elite coaches, scenic group runs on Arizona’s breathtaking trails, and engaging workshops on topics like strength training, nutrition, and race strategy. Camp Hosts

We're excited to welcome 3 of our elite Boundless Coaches that were chosen to join us as Official Hosts at this years Arizona Camp! They will be working together leading all of our trail runs, seminars, training sessions, and breakout groups.

Coach Ben Dicke - As a 10+ year coach, Ben Dicke has earned finishes at Western States 100, Leadville Trail 100, Bighorn 100, Vermont 100, Old Dominion 100, Wasatch 100, Javelina 100, and others, alongside a host of races at 50k, 50 mile, and 100k distances. Returning to Arizona Run Camp for his second year, he is thrilled to tackle the trails and guide our athletes towards their audacious goals.

Coach David Hettena - Multi sport athlete and full-time coach, David Hettena is a retired National Champion Alpine Ski Racer and has finished multiple ultras from High Lonesome to the TransRockies 6-Day 120 Mile Stage Race. Returning to Arizona Run Camp for his second year, he emphasizes data-driven training and is your go-to for injury prevention.

Coach Alysha Davis - Full time engineer and part time real estate investor, Coach Alysha Davis was the 2024 Lead Challenge 1st Place Female and 9th overall in the challenge. She has also completed Unbound XL, has 30+ Half and Full Ironman finishes, and has raced in 9+ different countries. Returning to Arizona Run Camp for her second year, Alysha's mission is to motivate, coach, and inspire athletes to reach his/her personal athletic goals .

schedule breakdown & itinerary

Day 1: After checking in at the hotel, we'll loosen up with a shakeout run to get the weekend started. Kick things off at our welcome meeting with swag bags, weekend goals, and plenty of time to mingle with coaches and fellow athletes before diving into our training weekend.

Day 2: Start the morning with a team breakfast before heading to the McDowell Preserve for a beautiful 10-20 mile trail run. Fuel up and enjoy a nutrition seminar and a taco dinner party in the afternoon. The day winds down with yoga and relaxation to stretch out before day three.

Day 3: Conquer Tom’s Thumb trail for another 10-20 mile day, followed by recovery and stretching back at the hotel. In the evening, get valuable insights during an open Q&A with our Boundless coaches, finishing the night off with a team hangout and optional nightcap at the hotel bar.

Day 4: Wrap up the weekend with a strength training session, an easy 4-7 mile run with local friends at Road Runners, and a celebratory afternoon hangout by the pool. Reflect on all you’ve accomplished while we close out on an unforgettable training camp.
