If you no-show without any communication within the first 10 minutes of a scheduled call, that session is considered consumed for the week. Repeated no-shows without notice are handled at your coach's discretion. Boundless Coaching reserves the right to apply a missed call fee ($20) for athletes who repeatedly no-show without notice. This is consistent with how most professional services handle missed appointments, and we ask that you extend that same courtesy to your coach by communicating early and rescheduling in advance if needed.
