Kyleigh Spearing
Coach
Kyleigh brings a uniquely versatile background to coaching, shaped by years of professional racing across multiple endurance sports. She grew up swimming, ran Division I cross country and track at Cornell and Notre Dame, and earned her professional triathlon license at 16 after winning Junior Nationals. She went on to represent the U.S. at several U23 World Championships before shifting her focus to cycling.
Her cycling career includes racing professionally on the road in Europe and competing in the biggest gravel events in the U.S. with the PAS team. Having trained and raced at a high level across triathlon, running, road, and gravel, Kyleigh understands how to build well‑rounded, resilient athletes.
Outside of sport, Kyleigh works full‑time as a Senior Finance Manager, giving her firsthand insight into balancing demanding careers with ambitious athletic goals. With 5+ years of coaching experience, she’s worked with athletes across triathlon, cycling, and running, helping them navigate busy schedules while still performing at a high level.
Kyleigh’s coaching style is grounded, communicative, and athlete‑first. She focuses on sustainable progress, smart structure, and building confidence through sport — meeting athletes where they are and helping them get where they want to go.
