If you need to cancel, you can log into your Athlete Portal, or you can email us at athleteservices@boundlesscoach.com, and we can cancel for you.

Subscriptions do not include race entries to any events.

Cancellations must be made at least one day before your billing cycle in order to not be billed for the upcoming month's coaching. Refunds are at the discretion of the coach and Boundless based on circumstance. All Late cancellations/refunds will incur a 4% late fee.

You cannot cancel package purchases; however, we will guide you on deferring your Guaranteed Entry should you need to defer. Refunds for packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on your registration status and if we can backfill your entry. Any refund will incur a 4% admin fee.
