Rylee is a professional cyclist with Twenty28 Pro Cycling and has over 10 years of experience in high-performance cycling. She is a multiple national and continental champion who has competed across multiple disciplines. Rylee specializes in criterium racing, leveraging her strong technical ability, race tactics, and expertise as a sprint and lead-out specialist to excel in high-speed finishes.
She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sport and Exercise and Business Marketing. With a decade of elite racing experience, she understands the demands of competitive cycling and how to optimize training to meet each athlete’s individual needs and goals. Built on a combination of first hand experience, and an academic background Rylee brings a wealth of knowledge on strength development, performance nutrition, and race strategy.
Beyond coaching, Rylee is passionate about athlete well-being and performance longevity. She aims to help riders maximize their potential while staying healthy, resilient, and performing at their best. She believes that sport offers a unique opportunity for personal growth, helping athletes discover their full potential beyond the bike.
