Lance Parker


Based in New York, Lance is an expert trainer with a data-driven approach who creates personalized solutions for athletes. With his vast knowledge of advanced training methodologies, he guides his athletes toward achievable goals and success.

When guiding athletes for excellence, Lance uses an evidence-based approach, often using physiological testing to assess an athlete’s abilities, and from there, crafts a custom, high-quality program that aligns with the athlete’s goals and timelines. From enhancing strength and building endurance to encouraging strong mental fortitude, Lance addresses individual limitations and supports improvements at every level.

Lance started his performance coaching company, Parker Peak Performance, in 2015 and works with various types of athletes, focusing on optimizing his clients’ nutrition habits, sleep hygiene, movement, and mindset, among other areas of health.

Lance leads cardio, strength, and recovery classes at Tonal, the smart home gym that reaches over 170K+ members across the United States. He also spent 6 years as one of the founding trainers at lululemon Studio, instructing 2,500+ classes during that span, and reaching over 150K+ lululemon Studio members.

As a former professional soccer goalkeeper with a 7-year career in the MLS and NASL, Lance played with the teams Chivas USA, Miami FC, and FC Edmonton. After retiring, Lance then moved to New York to embark on his coaching career.
