Klavs Miller

Coach

Growing up in Denmark, Klavs rode his bike everywhere as basic transportation, rain or shine. He was very active playing and coaching various team sports, usually involving a ball. After moving to Colorado, he would occasionally ride his mountain bike but would never consider himself an endurance athlete. A group of triathletes told him many years ago about this thing called the Leadville 100 MTB - his reaction was that never in a million years would he even consider that… well, how things change.

As a family man with a full-time corporate job as a technology executive and a great passion for training and racing, Klavs understands the balancing act of it all and how to prioritize the things that really matter. With his engineering background, Klavs dives deep into the data, science, and equipment and is consistently looking for insights and incremental gains while also relying on feel and perception.
