Florence is a professional cyclist from Québec with extensive experience racing at the highest level of the sport. She has competed in some of the most iconic events on the international calendar, including Paris-Roubaix, Liège–Bastogne–Liège, and the Tour of Catalunya. Racing against the world’s best in demanding and varied conditions has given her a deep understanding of race dynamics, team roles, and the physical and tactical demands of elite competition. Her experience across Europe and North America has shaped her ability to read races, adapt to different terrains, and execute under pressure. Known for her endurance, race intelligence, and consistency, Florence brings a high-performance mindset built through years of international racing.

Alongside her athletic career, Florence has developed a practical, experience-based approach to coaching. Her philosophy centers on creating balance both on and off the bike, recognizing that long-term performance is closely tied to overall well-being. She works closely with athletes to help them reach their goals in a sustainable way, adapting training to fit their individual lives, needs, and ambitions while maintaining consistency, challenge and enjoyment in the process.

Florence is passionate about supporting athletes in reaching their full potential without compromising their health or happiness. She believes that sport is not only about performance, but also about personal growth, confidence, and resilience. Through her coaching, she aims to help athletes build sustainable success while feeling strong, supported, and fulfilled both in and out of competition. She also works in marketing and social media management, alongside her coaching career.
