Alysha Davis
Alysha’s mission statement for coaching is “To motivate, coach, and inspire athletes to reach his/her personal athletic goals all the while staying healthy, driven, and balanced in their personal life.”
As a coach, Alysha has coached NCAA Women’s Triathlon to finishers at the Ironman World Championships to first timers completing in their first ultra marathon. Alysha understands that the journey of each athlete is unique and deserves its own special attention to detail. Her athletes have achieved immense success in multiple different sports, distances, and countries around the world. As a full time engineer and part time real estate investor; work, life, family, and athletic balance understood by Alysha. Her definition for success for her athletes is for them to be successful in all aspects of their life, not just their athletic pursuits.
As an athlete, Alysha has had quite the athletic journey herself. After running NCAA Division 1 track and cross country, she moved into road running. While living in Australia she dipped her toes into ultra trail running before buying a bike and learning how to swim. Shortly after buying her first time trial bike, she competed internationally in many full and half Iron distance triathlons and eventually earned her professional card in long course triathlon. The dirt came calling again and she purchased more bikes, in the form of a gravel and mountain bike. In 2024 Alysha competed in the Lead Challenge at Leadville, Colorado coming in 1st Female and 9th Overall, plus, going sub 25 hours in her first 100 mile ultra trail marathon. Her personal athletic goals include, but are not limited to, earning both big buckles in the Lead Challenge, competing in UTMB, racing in 25 different countries before she turns 50, Coast to Coast race in New Zealand, and finishing Unbound XL in 2025.
Alysha currently lives and works in Patagonia, Arizona with her dog Sebastian. When not working or training she enjoys traveling, wine, and sleeping!
